A proactive, clinical-based workplace intervention programme designed to help employees resolve personal and professional problems — delivered at no cost to employees or their families.
On-Call Health Group's EAP is a work-based intervention programme designed to help employees resolve personal and professional problems that may be affecting their workplace performance and overall wellbeing.
Our EAP takes a proactive, clinical-based approach — moving beyond passive, reactive care to deliver integrated, interventional support that benefits both employees and employers.
Our EAP is employer-funded, meaning it is delivered at no cost to employees or their families. Services are available to the employee, their spouse, children, and non-marital partner living in the same household.
On-Call Health Group's EAP provides confidential, short-term, goal-oriented counselling with experienced registered professionals. Our Workplace Solutions Counsellors listen carefully, ask the right questions, and provide feedback and recommendations to help clients stay focused on their goals.
Specialised interventions include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). No contract is required to arrange ad-hoc face-to-face counselling.
Our Critical Incident Management service provides a fully trained trauma counsellor or counselling team onsite within 24 to 48 working hours following a critical workplace event. 24-hour telephone support is also immediately available.
A qualified attorney is available for up to 30 minutes on covered legal matters. Each consultation includes a brief analysis and advice on appropriate procedures. Employees who retain the referred attorney receive up to a 25% discount.
Note: Document review/creation is not included. Exclusions apply to employment law relating to employees and family members, own business issues, class action lawsuits, and tax matters.
Qualified financial advisors assist employees with debt, credit issues, saving, and budgeting. Available Monday to Friday without appointment, with pre-scheduled Saturday appointments also available.
Exclusions: tax issues, and advice on or comparison of specific financial products or services.
A 30-minute telephonic consultation with an identity recovery professional is available to assist individuals who have experienced an identity breach — assessing the situation, creating a personalised action plan, and guiding implementation.
EAP consultants help HR professionals and managers structure difficult conversations, manage employee reactions, and connect employees with the right support services — including employee conflicts, performance decline, absenteeism, and presenteeism.
Our nationwide network also provides professional supervision for managers, supervisors, and team leaders — targeting developmental needs with a fully supported growth experience.
