Employee Assistance Programme

A proactive, clinical-based workplace intervention programme designed to help employees resolve personal and professional problems — delivered at no cost to employees or their families.

Putting People First

On-Call Health Group's EAP is a work-based intervention programme designed to help employees resolve personal and professional problems that may be affecting their workplace performance and overall wellbeing.

Our EAP takes a proactive, clinical-based approach — moving beyond passive, reactive care to deliver integrated, interventional support that benefits both employees and employers.

Our EAP is employer-funded, meaning it is delivered at no cost to employees or their families. Services are available to the employee, their spouse, children, and non-marital partner living in the same household.

Our extensive network of multi-disciplinary healthcare practitioners enables us to deliver flexible, customer-focused employee health solutions suited to small, medium, large, single-site, and national businesses across South Africa.
The EAP is regulated by the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
